RZJ-5KV匝間絕緣沖擊耐壓試驗儀是采用脈沖波形比較法,以高壓脈沖對電機及電器的線圈繞組進行等效過電壓模擬試驗。通過對儀器顯示波形的觀察、對比與分析,能迅速正確地測定繞組匝間絕緣的好壞。對匝間短路、線圈電暈放電、局部短路、接線錯誤、線圈平衡等各類匝間絕緣故障均有良好的鑒別性能。

當線圈(quan)發生直接固(gu)體(ti)短(duan)路(lu)故(gu)障(zhang)時(shi),會(hui)形成短(duan)路(lu)匝,將明(ming)(ming)(ming)顯(xian)改(gai)變線圈(quan)的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)感、電(dian)容(rong)和(he)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),對尚有(you)-定絕(jue)緣程度的(de)(de)(de)匝間絕(jue)緣薄(bo)弱(ruo)(ruo)點(dian)(dian),在沒有(you)達到會(hui)使(shi)薄(bo)弱(ruo)(ruo)點(dian)(dian)擊穿(chuan)而(er)暴露之(zhi)前,其繞組電(dian)感、電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)和(he)電(dian)容(rong)基本上無明(ming)(ming)(ming)顯(xian)變化,因而(er)無法觀察故(gu)障(zhang)。只有(you)當試(shi)驗電(dian)壓超過絕(jue)緣薄(bo)弱(ruo)(ruo)點(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)耐壓值時(shi),才會(hui)造成匝間絕(jue)緣擊穿(chuan),產生火花放電(dian),并伴有(you)放電(dian)聲(sheng)和(he)臭氧,同時(shi)明(ming)(ming)(ming)顯(xian)改(gai)變電(dian)感L、電(dian)容(rong)C和(he)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)R,因而(er)會(hui)改(gai)變沖擊試(shi)驗電(dian)壓波在繞組中的(de)(de)(de)衰減振蕩頻率和(he)衰減速(su)率。
